Many industrial processes are characterised by a coupling of momentum, heat and mass transport in multiphase systems. Our main field of research is therefore the mathematical description and experimental investigation of multiphase flows and transport processes. In teaching, the fundamentals and details of such processes (in addition to the basic subjects of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics) are dealt with in a series of lectures. Details on teaching can be found under "Teaching" in the menu bar above.
