Michele Larcher is Professor of Hydraulics at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. His research focuses on complex and multiphase fluids, including granular suspensions, non-Newtonian flows and fluidized beds. He combines experimental, numerical and theoretical approaches to investigate rheology, phase interactions, transport processes, instabilities and segregation in environmental and industrial flows.
